Swimming Pool Rules

Swimming Pool Rules

The Windsong Villas swimming pool and surrounding deck area are part of the Association’s common elements, provided for the quiet enjoyment, relaxation, and recreation of all residents and their guests. To ensure safety, cleanliness, and shared courtesy, the following rules are in effect and enforced under the authority of the Board of Directors in accordance with Florida Statute 718.

Pool Monitoring and Oversight:

Video surveillance is active in the pool area and will be reviewed following any reported incidents or violations.

The pool is inspected daily by a licensed commercial pool technician, as required by the Nassau County Health Department, to ensure water quality and compliance with public health regulations.

To report non-emergency rule violations, contact AIPCA Security at (904) 277-5914.

In the event of an emergency, always call 911 immediately.

Key Pool Rules:

  • Pool hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (no access outside these times)
  • Pool heater schedule - November 15th to January 15th and March 1st to April 1st
  • Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
  • Maximum in-pool occupancy: 30 persons
