Parking, Carport, & Golf Cart Rules

Parking Policy & Rules

Windsong Villas provides designated parking areas for residents, guests, and authorized service vehicles. To maintain safety, fairness, and ease of access throughout the community, all residents, guests, and contractors must adhere to the Association’s parking rules and regulations.

Parking Permits:

All resident and guest vehicles should clearly display a Windsong parking permit decal or dashboard ID tag issued by Amelia Island Management. These permits help ensure only authorized users are utilizing community parking resources.

Parking Rules:

  • Vehicles and golf carts must be parked in designated parking spaces only
  • Curbside parking is prohibited, except for active loading/unloading (20-minute max)
  • No overnight parking is allowed on the upper driveway
  • Parking in limited-use driveways (units 1400–1406, 1421–1422) is restricted to residents and their guests
  • Golf carts must be parked in garages or in the designated golf cart area behind the mailbox station
  • No parking on lawns, walkways, or unmarked areas
  • Contractors must park in designated areas unless actively loading/unloading equipment (See rennovation guidlines)

Enforcement:

  • Vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to towing at the owner's expense
  • Unauthorized use of Windsong parking by non-residents or external visitors is strictly prohibited

If you observe a suspicious or unauthorized vehicle on the property, report it to AIPCA Security at (904) 277-5914

In the case of an emergency, call 911 immediately
